Drop Paaa Kwesi Amisah-Arthur and NDC will lose the 2016 elections. Reasons:
1. Paa Kwasi Amissah-Arthur hails from the Central Region
2. Mrs. Amissah-Athur, wife of rye vice president, hails from the Western Region.
IF President Mahama drops Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur( and I doubt he wii), the NDC will definitely sacrifice its votes from these 2 Rregions i.e Central and Western Regions. Remember the difference in votes between President Mahama and Nana Akufo Addo during the 2012 elections was 325,000. The NPP knows this and are therefore campaigning very hard by using disparaging words on the Vice President to lure the president to drop him. NDC supporters please mind your utterances levelled agains the Vice President, hence in 2016, you would go into opposition.

The President has, so far, not had any problem with his vice as evidenced in the continual commendations he has been showering on him. Obviously, the two are compatible and are working well.
When Rawlings changed his running mate, Arkah, before the 1996 election for his 2nd term, it was not a surprise because, there was a real problem of incompatibility between the Rawlings and his vice.
There is clearly no known (or unknown) problem to be solved (except to create one) by replacing HE Amissah-Arthur.

Former Asante Kotoko boss, Herbert Amponsah Mensah, says he filed a lawsuit against Dr Zanetor Rawlings over custody of their two children after ’48 attempts’ for a resolution failed.
He filed a writ at the Juvenile Court on 24th November against Dr. Zanetor Rawlings who is the mother of two of his kids.
Dr Rawlings is one of the three children of former President Jerry John Rawlings.
She was recently given the mandate by the Klottey Korley constituency to represent the NDC in the 2016 parliamentary elections.
The suit against Dr. Rawlings came two days after her victory but how it became public still remains a mystery.
According to the document, Mr. Mensah is seeking relief from the court to be able to spend time with the kids and get updates on the children’s welfare and wellbeing.
Supporters of Dr Rawlings have criticized Mr. Mensah’s action.
Without mentioning names, Mr. Mensah took to Facebook to reveal that the lawsuit was a last resort.
“What do you do when you have been wronged and instead of seeking a legal route for settlement you choose dialogue and it is ignored.
"This has happened to me and since the beginning of the year I have made 48 attempts (still counting) to communicate for resolution and only spoken 7 times (ignored, disrespected or selectively answered on other occasions)!
"Anyone who knows me will appreciate that I am a deep thinker and rarely act rashly or push disagreements to points of litigation. Indeed, I believe that litigation should only be a last resort after you have tried and indeed foretold on more than 20 occasions.
"Sadly I now head for satisfaction and relief knowing the implications to many people's lives and careers. It is truly sad when people allow bad advice, pride and arrogance to determine their present future!”
