There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults.This was due to General Obasanjo openly accusing the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year. This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger, called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “silly buffoon”.It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room. The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States Ministers, Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

Two couples were playing cards in Kotokuruba. Jeff accidentally dropped some cards on the floor. When he bent down under the table to pick them up, he noticed that Dave's wife, Sandy, was not wearing any underwear! Shocked by this, Jeff hit his head on the table and emerged red-faced.

Later when Jeff went to the kitchen to get some refreshments Sandy followed him and asked, "Did you see anything under the table that you liked?" Jeff admitted, "Well, yes I did." She said "you can have it, but it will cost you 100 Cedis." After a minute or two, Jeff indicates that he is interested. She tells him that since Dave works Friday afternoons and Jeff doesn't, that Jeff should come to their house around 2:00 PM on Friday.

Friday came and Jeff went to her house at 2:00 PM. After paying her the 100Cedis, they went to the bedroom, had sex for a few hours and then Jeff left.

Dave came home about 6:00 PM and asked his wife, "Did Jeff come by this afternoon?" Totally shocked, Sandy replied, "Yes, he did stop by for a few minutes." Next Dave asked, "Did Jeff give you 100Cedis?"

Sandy thought, 'Oh hell, he knows!' reluctantly she said, "Yes, he did give me 100Cedis."

"Good," Dave says. "Jeff came by the office this morning and borrowed the 100cedis from me and said that he'd stop by our house on his way home and pay me back. It's so good to have a an Honest friend you can trust."

President John Mahama has said the ruling National Democratic Congress offers opportunity of leadership to all its able members without prejudice to their ethnic or educational background.

According to him, the NDC does not discriminate against individuals like other “political parties” in the country.

In a Facebook post Monday, Mr Mahama said Ghanaians should be hopeful in his government since their achievements will soon be clear for all to see.

“I continued my ?#?ChangingLives? & ?#?TransformingGhana? Tour. This time, I visited the Northern Region. I asked everyone to keep their heads up, because everybody stands a chance to make a difference and to improve people’s lives. I had to come from one of the remotest areas of the country to lead NDC to victory. This is because NDC as a party is people centered and never discriminate against anybody,” the President wrote.

He continued: “Let me assure all Ghanaians that NDC is a party for ordinary people, unlike other parties where they look at your pedigree! We are working just like an artist. When artists are working you don’t actually know what they are doing until they finish the work. Those who are saying we are not working are entitled to their opinions, but all Ghanaians would testify to the contrary. So let’s stay focused and united in brotherly love! Let’s keep changing lives! Let’s keep transforming Ghana!”

My friends,
I want to express my gratitude for your participation in the “Ask Mahama”. Thank you all! It was beautiful for me to see how many wonderful people are deeply interested in Ghana's future. I read every question and message carefully and each one helped me to better understand Ghana’s issues; to better understand YOU. Each answer I gave is also an answer I provided for myself.
I know that you care for this country, for its future, for its children, for its stability. I can tell you are interested in jobs safety and economic progress. I can understand that Ghana is your home and you want to feel safe and secure here.
It is with confidence that I say: we are now on the right track of this marathon towards the country we dream of. This is something that you can clearly see in the things happening around you, in the way this country has evolved - and it is not just me who says this.
