Ivor Greenstreet said directly to President John Mahama and Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur that: “You don’t care”.
“Nobody is feeling your better Ghana”,
In the full glare of the President, Vice President, former President Jerry Rawlings, and thousands of leaders and supporters of the NDC, a defiant Greenstreet said: “…Currently nobody, I mean nobody is feeling your better Ghana.”
“Continuous ‘dumsor dumsor,’ corruption from top to bottom, left right inside out, and all the challenges you are facing [are] suffocating the Ghanaian people.”
He added: “We would have thought that perhaps you may have used an occasion like this to discuss policies, programmes and solutions to all the difficulties we are facing as a nation, but no, you chose today to share your Christmas gifts with each other.”
“Ghanaians are not happy at all. This ‘bronya’ is dry. Too too dry,” he told the President, adding: “The most painful thing of all is that you don’t care.”
“NDC continue, we are watching you, Ghana is watching you, do what you want to do, we also know what we’ll come and do…make sure you’ll elect executives who will be able to steer your parties affairs when you are in opposition. Boys abr3.”

What do you expect from a nation which has a person like Akua Donkor as the adviser. Akua Donkor has openly said he advises Mahama and he listens. I am not sure which advisory role she is playing but any role in the absence of more intelligent, competent, learned, more qualified people to give this government an advice has led to the deteriorating condition in Ghana and the nation going backward since Mahama and NDC took over the reigns of government in Ghana. But time will tell.

The most important thing to the Ghanaian is not what you have to offer but where you come from, not about what a party can do for Ghana but what a party can do for me. Till this mentality changes, the CPP, though they have a good vision, don't have a prayer in hell of winning a presidential election. Ghanaians are not ready for that. It will take many generations before this changes.

Ivor Greenstreet said directly to President John Mahama and Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur that: “You don’t care”.
“Nobody is feeling your better Ghana”, Greenstreet shouted when he delivered his party’s solidarity message to the NDC at the congress at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Ashanti regional Captial, Kumasi – stronghold of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Boys abr3.”
The wheelchair-bound Politicians has been called names and criticised by leaders and supporters of the NDC after his bluntness. While Majority Leader Alban Bagbin has said he believed Greenstreet was possessed by some demons, which caused him to be “so emotional”, presidential staffer Sam George wrote on his Facebook wall that: “Ivor Greenstreet apparently needs elevation to see the Better Ghana.”
However, Nkrumah said Greenstreet’s message was crafted by the CPP to capture the mood and mind of the entire country.

Samia was in parliament last time round and we never heard her being proactive in debates and issues concerning matters of interests to the people of Ghana. The work of opposition was left to the NPP. The CPP under her leadership was silent on major issues of policy that affected the man in the street. She never participated in any of te NewsFile programmes to project the views of the CPP. She was not an effect politician making a difference to her contituencies.
Just being the daughter of ex president Nkrumah is not good enough and Ghanaians today want to hear her talking about bread and butter issues; not whether someone is claiming to be your brother and son of Kwame Nkrumah. In a nutshell Samia you are ineffective. Ivor just made one big statement at the NDC rally talking about the economy and the failed promises of the NDC government and today everyone is quoting him and shows respect for one who can make a difference by speaking out and talking the talk.

The victory of Ivor Greenstreet will hurt NDC in that NDC was not a political party. In Ghana we had UP and CPP. Majority of members of NDC are made up of CPP members who did not join forces with NPP which is the offspring of UP. With the victory of Greenstreet if the CPP are able to bring their members who deserted them to join NDC, then NDC will be in big trouble, and that will see the end of NDC as a party. As far as I am concerned, NDC is on their way out since all the deserted members of CPP who are in NDC will return to make CPP formidable. NDC, I certainly believe, is out of election 2016.

My dad is CPP, so I was privy to some info on the victory. If Samia's problem is money distributed, she shd shut up, cuz I know she distributed some. Her key problem was that she was a 'Rawlings' in her party, chasing people like Sakara & Nduom out. There are plans to merge PNC & CPP and so the voting was in that direction. I'm NPP, but Greenstreet's victory does not mean he'll co-operate with us. Even Kwesi Pratt supported him because he knows the plans that are in place. The real victory is that neither candidate for PNC/CPP can be manipulated by NDC/NPP. (**cough*APC**cough*Ayariga *cough***).
