The SSSS was badly mismanaged. They did politics with it and jerked up the emoluments of the useless army people, police and the other forces. Certainly the doctors, teachers,, nurses and other professionals will never allow themselves to be dragged behind. A sergeant in the military gets more than a doctor of more than 20 years. Hence the constant agitations. The teachers and other professionals will never allow their book allowances, research allowances, premiums etc to be taken away. They no go sit down make them cheat them everyday.. no.NONO.
