  The assessment is correct. Get more women to volunteer. They can be more trusted to do the job much better than men. Their qualities are there for all to see and indisputable.

  If that is so why dont you intensify education of women to get their numbers up? Go to the Universities and P0lytechnics. Get national Service ladies and train them to get on board. Let them sign a bond to be of good integrit ...

Let them sign a bond to be of good integrity as their certificates will be at stake. Get the NS ladies, please. Keep 80% of the men out as they are greedy.
