mad! Look, the Hipc benefit is still being enjoyed by NDC gov't. So what is he talking about? Hipc simply means that, don't pay an interest on loans A &B ! It doesn't mean part of a debt stock has been cancelled! Ato Forson knows next to nothing in Economics. You borrow $10m in 2008 and in 2016 u still want to carry the $10m in your books? 7yrs down the line, is Ato Forehead telling us that the lender is going to accept the same $10m? Is that not silly?
