Dr Kwame Nkrumah operated in somewhat dictatorship, because that was the neccessarily option for him at that period to be able to make a difference for the country.

He socialistic forward match was in control, yet his foreign operation instincts were capitalistic to bring projected financial gains to the government without incurring much more accumulated interest to be paid.

You have to be academically shrewd to understand this.
