  As for the EC it is like a wayward football to the opposition nasty Npp.Any stupid odious member of the opposition wakes up in the morning without washing his stinky mouth go kicking it in uncivilized manner.

  EC is not ready to declare until NPP as a public entity declares its assets in other words its audited account up to date.
