  So if one is a voter based in Europe or America or Asia, who had come to register in Ghana, go back to return to vote, paying for the ticket with own money, struggling to arrange for days off, then you tell such a person that because of your question marks on certain names in the register, he or she cannot vote for inability come and have his/her registration re-validated!
