  Dr David Percy used to work with Transport & Commodity General (T&CG). They mismanaged and collapsed the company. He was a senior member of the Reform Party. They collapsed that one also. Dr Percy was put on the board of National Service Scheme (NSS) not on any merit but for being able to insult opponents of the NDC on Radio Gold - it seems that is the only radio station in Ghana that accommodates his insults on political opponents. As member of the NSS board, they sat aloof and watched several millions of Ghana cedis being siphoned through the use of ghost names. I don't know if he is still on the board of NSS. He is a total failure just like John dead goat and Amissah Arthur.
