But even if it is,It is still remains a fact them, Mahama invested such monies into our economy.

These monies have been channeled into projects like schools, hospital and the expansion in the roads network.

These are the very things the President is moving about accounting for.

Unlike people of the NPP traditional who solicit for monies from the ordinary man on the streets and are not able to account for it, Our Honorable President has shown the way, and that is to account for every penny.

I think the abuse of incumbency must be criticized strongly especially when taxpayer funds, resources, time and personnel are appropriated through political opportunism as in this tour, to achieve an unfair advantage in the political sphere whether to positive ends or not.
In that regard, the other side of the coin which is incumbency disadvantage as raised by Pratt in such a tour makes for interesting analysis.
However, no matter how it is perceived, the abuse of incumbency needs to be curbed. Because will Asiedu Nketia in filing the statement of accounts to the EC, would those expenses to credited to the Ghanaian taxpayer or to the NDC political party? That cost factor built into that abuse, would not be borne by the Ghanaian taxpayer and the national purse, so Ghanaians have every right to criticize that kind of conduct when one considers what happened in 2012, where almost a colossal amount of over 4 billion dollars was looted within a few months to steal the vote. That recklessness is still being paid for by Ghanaians and it stops today.

The day NPP stops attacking anyone is the day the party will cease to exist, and no one wants that to ever happen.

The NPP is right. I personally saw President Mahama drag incumbency by the neck, and he even shouted obscenities at incumbency. All that amounts to abuse of incumbency. And when the President claimed he was only accounting to the people, that too is a lie. I was given a ride by Akufo-Addo on his three-legged elephant, and we snuck in on one of those accounting tours, but we never saw the President crunching pinksheet figures, something that would have occurred had it actually been an accounting tour. Besides, as Akufo-Addo remarked to me, there was no single accountant accompanying the President on the accounting to the people tour, and that's no laughing matter.
