One would have thought as a Professor, Delle would have come out with a smart and sensible decision, but gussed the statement he issued after Samia's complaint. Ghana is doomed with norterners running the affairs of the nation.

Delle is an example of these so called northern elite and what their so called education has contributed to the development of the north as well as ghana. Ghana will continue to wallow and retrogresses as longer as the affairs of the nation rest in the hands of a northerner like John Mahama period.
