why would one say that this is tribalistic.
For your information, currently in MAHAMA'S GOV'T 17 out of the 19 Chief Directors in all the Ministries are Northerners, the rest are Ewes.
Bank of Ghana Governor is a Notherner, his 2IC is from the Volta region, Check all the Ministers and their Deputies in the Mahama Government and tell me whether there is even regional balance let alone the ethnic one. Let us use wisdom in our judgements
