Mahama has displayed enough gaffe and incompetency, that Ghana cannot afford another 4 years of his sheer incompetency bordering on idiocy. Every viable program that the previous govt put in place for the benefit of the people, this man and his incompetent gang have supervised its disappearance with indifference: NHIS, GYEEDA, SADA etc. HNIS in particular, was accessible and very helpful to pregnant women and children, even in remote areas of the country. This is not the case anymore, and one can just imagine the cost to lives since its disappearance, if one could compile statistics on it.
President Kufour severed ties with notorious IMF, an effort any govt would be envious of, but Mahama has restored that ties with that slave-debt Breton Wood institution. What kind of stupidity is that, especially when Ghana has countless resources to generate revenue for development projects without the need for IMF loans? At the moment Mahama is touring the country to PINPOINT so called MASSIVE development projects to the people as a "testimony" of his "good" work deserving a second term: NONSENSE, does one need any help to see something that is MASSIVE? Ghanaians should rise above this partisan affiliation by ceasing to be a member of a particular party at ALL COST even if that party cannot deliver to the people but to THEMSELVES only. Parties are not, and should NOT be treated like ABUSUA. If the govt is not up to the INTEREST of the PEOPLE (GHANA), it's NOT worth our support, PERIOD. It's about Ghana, not party.
We're not here to compare thieves, my friend. Mahama is so vision-less that even it reflects in his appointment of individuals to key position in the country. This Charlotte Osei is not ONLY arrogant, she's simply not up to the job, and seems to have MISUNDERSTOOD the "independent" nature of that public institution she now heads. Just where did Mahama find this woman and imposed her on us? This woman does not listen to anybody because she thinks EC is "independent". Is the EC assigned to conduct elections for EC, or for the people? If the EC's action or inaction disenfranchises citizens, that's not an exercise of "independent" PUBLIC duty, but futility, and it's shy from wisdom and patriotism, because that act of arrogance has the potential to de/generate into conflict.
My friend APONKYE, Ghana has reached a delicate point here, to the extent that if care and patience are not taken, we may be going for each other's throat (may the Lord forbid), but if people who see this EC as bias in favour of Mahama's NDC do not see any change in the EC's attitude to reflect that of an impartial referee, it may not be good for the peace of Ghana.

In the West, people value their honor so much that they will analyse an issues in their true right. Is there any wonder we are not progressing?
But the agitation by CODEO is particularly disgraceful. People refused to register and then not he last day they rush to the queue only for the machine to time them out!
The registration must not be reopened to serve as a bitter lesson for the future.

Think! Boy Kofi think! Use your mind not your head. How many people can one person sitting at a table register in a day given all the information he/she has to collect and enter into the data base? Will he even have time for break to eat, drink and stretch out? They spent a huge amount of money on a logo so feels reluctant to pay more people to conduct the registration. The trouble they are brewing today, they shall drink it tomorrow.

CODEO, please why don't you want to give the EC space to undertake its legitimate constitutional function. The students adopted a laickaidical attitude during the limited registration period given them. Those left behind did not want to join the queues to register. The students at the tertiary institutions only want to cause trouble. I have not heard students at Cape Coast University nor KNUST making such demands other than Legon students. They can go to court if they so wish. The EC has a programme and schedule of work to complete before 7 November. Please do not try and derail it.

The arrogant and ignorant EC boss ll not listen until a student takes to court to disgrace them just like a fisherman did in the district level election resulting to the lost of some gh 300,000,00 financial lost put out by the EC itself. This money they think would not be accounted for, they should just wait and see,it's a matter that ll be revisited some day,we ve read of all the misappropriation of money by the EC in the auditor general,s reports involving the EC and NCCE of which she headed. The NDC ve warned the EC not to re register the students, how come that nothing of that sort happened in the Volta region?currently ketu is the biggest constituency in Ghana but non of this was recorded in that area, the EC,s calculated aiding of a particular party is something we must watch and comment on,the EC is only independent if the NDC does not speak against them, everything the NDC opposes is adopted by the EC why?.If this country should go the Ivory Coast way trust me all the middle and upper class ll be the target in this country, the youth re so angry with them and they should be the ones to speak since majority of them re not in government but made their money through hard work and in the space of war common sense is no longer applicable and once you fall within that bracket nothing ll save you.We ve allow John Mahama too much space to destroy this country and its dangerous,if you pick the auditor general,s report alone then we don't ve to wast time in coming together as a people to remove the NDC from office like the Nigerians did with Goodluck Johnathan.
