He is constructing 123 Community Day Senior High Schools.Close to two million pupils have been supplied with free school uniform since 2010 and In 2013,the NDC gov't distributed 12.5 million English,Mathematics and Science textbooks to public basic schools. This enabled Ghana to exceed the universal textbook;Pupil ratio of three textbooks per pupil.

The other someone assessed health services with the NHIS card. The shocking news is that he was asked to go and buy common paracetamol. This happened right here in Ghana but Togolese come to Ghana to enjoy some these things freely.
The issue is without oil money Kufuor was able to implement free maternal care and proper health insurance to Ghanaians. Unfortunately, with all the oil money NHIS cannot afford common paracetamol to its subscribers.

Is Tekper patriotic at all? Indeed, we have vagabonds in power. Mahama and the NDC are ready to sell Ghana to foreigners for their own gain. UBA was born out of patriotism. UBA used to be a British owned bank but the Federal Government of Nigeria nationalised it to become a fully owned bank of Nigeria because of patriotism. Tekper should have also been driven by patriotism to hand this juicy investment to Ghana Government owned banks, especially,when the motive is to invest in a Ghana Government treasury bills. In legal form, UBA is registered in Ghana but the substance of the Matter is that any profit made will be repatriated to Nigeria with lightening speed and Ghana will be back to square one notwithstanding the inflationary and exchange rate implications that will follow suit.
May God help mother Ghana.

I believe there is a deficit, and that deficit try as hard as the NDC has done to shield it, has always found a way of popping up, and was reflected when their exalted Gen. Sec and the corrupter in chief on par with this John Mahama, just couldn't bring himself to understand their own constitution and that of Ghana, as to who could stand as a parliamentary candidate on the ticket of a political party, and this is just but a very long list of series of gaffes, which under normal circumstances, if the NDC party were a serious party, should have seen their Gen. Sec seeking the mental help and counseling he needs. Alas, it was not to be and his continuous to soil himself in managing that NDC party.
We dare say, Nketia Asiedu Johnson is a man who cannot even manage himself and for the simple fact that he is the Gen. Sec of a political party, is a gross irresponsibility, an affront and has been an anathema to democratic governance and it shows in the conduct of their party and their gov't led by John Mahama.
This is a party that has a Gen. Sec who presides over the fighting of KVIP's in this country by their members.
I think the NDC party at this moment in time should get Nketia Asiedu Johnson the help which has long eluded him, to correct the issues which makes it impossible for him to manage himself, because it is telling when he is seen following John Mahama all over the place in that "confused state" and it is a very bad look and directly indicts John Mahama that he can't even manage that small retinue of confused people who follow him around.
Now, having said that, it seems the exposure of John Mahama and Seth Terkper and the new BoG Governor in the stealing and looting of 250million dollars for illicit financial gain has sent shock waves throughout the NDC party and gov't.
From the look of things, Abdul Nashiru Issahaku's first task as the new BoG Governor, was to engage in that illegality at the behest of John Dramani Mahama and Seth Terkper, something Henry Kofi Wampah the immediate past Governor of the BoG was very adamant and insistent, he was not going to do, having engaged in similar such conduct in August of 2012, as the acting Governor of the BoG, which saw the single largest thievery of the national purse within the shortest possible time, indeed, a record of just 2 months of over $4billion dollars by John Dramani Mahama to rig and buy an election he lost.
The facts of the matter are, Seth Terkper and John Mahama caused to be transferred funds to the idle GIIF fund by Abdul N. Issahaku. The money was transferred to a private bank UBA. The money was transferred in direct contravention of the Bank of Ghana Act. The transfer of the funds was an example of gross incompetence and mismanagement of the finances and the economy of Ghana. Alhaji Dr. Bawumia did not lie because, the transfer was done, to a private bank, to a private account, and these are not lies.
It can be inferred conclusively, the transfer was for illicit financial gain, to rig an election John Dramani Mahama has lost and Dr. Bawumia spoke matter of factly to this obvious stealing of taxpayer funds.
Seth Terkper, Ghanaians insist, must return the stolen funds to the BoG vaults and together with Abdul Nashiru Issahaku, resign.
Moving on to recent happenings in the NDC party, it is laughable and actually proves Nketia Asiedu Johnson's confused state, and the fact that, he can't even manage himself let alone a political party, when today, we hear his deputy issue a fatwa he is going to wrought discipline in their party by any means necessary, and throws the first salvo by screaming and foaming and frothing at the mouth like some demented fella, Hanna Tetteh must come out and defend herself against some statements and commitments she has made concerning the IEA debate. Further proof, there is a huge chasm with all sorts of moving parts, scattered all over the place, randomly, any how and disjointedly, in an agitated state with no sense of letting up in that their party. That is not a party Nketia Asiedu Johnson wants Ghanaians to believe he is managing well and for some of us watching what is going on in that their NDC party and gov't, we believe at this moment, sane members of the NDC party and gov't must rescue their party because the state of confusion, randomness, agitations, deep and visceral chasms and chaos John Mahama and Nketia Asiedu Johnson have wrecked in that their party and gov't, triggering that level of desperation never before witnessed in Ghana, at an imminent and excruciating election defeat of John Mahama, must be sorted out lest the NDC party is completely buried in the abyss of obscurity after the 2016 elections for decades.

The NPP in 2015 suspended three of its national executives – Chairman Paul Afoko, General Secretary Kwabena Agyapong, and Second Deputy Chairman Sammy Crabbe – for working against the interests of Mr Akufo-Addo as flagbearer. Factionalism within the party has seen two of its members murdered as a result. Adams Mahama, who was the Upper East Regional Chairman, died after an acid attack on him allegedly by a brother of Mr Afoko, Gregory. In November 2015, Abubakar Saddiq was also stabbed multiple times to his death by persons believed to be affiliated to Mr Afoko.
