By not allowing political parties without offices all over the country render our Constitution as toilet paper, is that your brain power. Why are you practising law because there are rules and laws that need to be followed right. If this laws are not there don't you think we are going to have 21 million parties since every single family can form their own party based on their family values mr brains.
The problem in Ghana is that we can wean away from our traditional and customary values.We want to be ruled traditionally and most Ghanaians who showed ignorance of the civilization and brain power are lawyers.

The 1992 Constitution was drafted by Military Regime to favour or benefits themselves.And it was suspected that Rawlings(NDC) wears a military uniform under Democratic Jacket/ Suit.Therefore,it was ridiculous and beyond reasonable understanding why when Kuffour(NPP) won the presi election in yr 2000, he did not envisioned Constitution Amendment, despite the proven prudent economic and financial policies and measures, not to talk about general governance, to propelled the Country to a lower middle income Status at the end of his
first and second terms mandate. Having said that,a lawyer should know
how to handle his professional tool (the Constitution)not to degrade the Constitution to 'toilet paper'.Shame.

They must get it behind their heads that most of them were average students in school. In fact, the more intelligent and smart ones went on to become doctors, engineers, business executives and some others. Common basic reasoning at the SHS level would tell you that the toilet paper has a role to play in hygiene. A good lawyer would have said like a"used toilet paper". In reality our constitution has been described as one of the finest in the world by known lawyers. If, however, he picks a lacuna in it, it is seemly that he shares it with us and not to condemn it with such foul language. John Dryden said " There is pleasure sure in being mad but none but only mad men [people] know". A British comedian has said " The law is an ass but as an ass, it certainly has a load to carry." Shakespeare also said " The fault is not from the gods but is within us" . Sorry if I did not get these quotes as accurately as they should be.
