The NDC is only waiting to hear what the NPP would promise Ghanaians as a result of the failure of the NDC so that they would steal it once more as they did to the NPP's Free Education, hence their Communicators always asking the NPP to come out with their Manifesto.
Ghanaians know that when NPP promises, she delivers and even if they do not come out with any Manifesto they know that voted into power, they would correct all the ills of the NDC that has become a bane on all Ghanaians except themselves.
