  Kufour's first ever introduction which he shouldbe credited for was his ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CORRUPTION. This is most important for Ghanaians, more important than the Youth Employment, more important than the NHIS etc. He should have been credited for that if he had not HIJACKED it himself.
  On my village without corruption it wouldhave been easier to introduce and sustain any programme.But what do we see,? NDC have inherited what K4 hijacked and Ntiwul is now crying foul. NDC are just the messengers of K4's message.
