The last time I researched, there is no tribe in Ghana called the Fulani, so which nationals are you? Are you Chadians, Nigeriens or from the other side? Did Ghana's Constitution provide for a foreigners to come to Ghana, try to challenge the electoral establishment that has been grounded in the same constitution at the Supreme Court?
