The reason why this country has such bad lawyers is because most of them after school rush into private practice without knowing how cases are prosecuted and they win because the AGs department is under staff hence proper investigation are not done on a lot of cases from the department. Basic law 101if someone issue a threat first there is an investigation and then you determine the person's ability to carryout the threat before you decide to prosecute. Presidents in the United States receive over a thousand threats a day. And is the responsibility of the secret service to investigate all and determine which poses a serious threat for prosecution other than that most prisoners in the state will be political prisoners. Well the decision to prosecute lies squarely in the hands of the AG. But in this case the court has charge them with contempt so allow the judges to do their job. Besides the person's previous record is taking into account before charges are brought. I am shocked by these people whose member of Parliament called the EC chair a prostitute when her powers is equal to that of a high court judge and they saw nothing wrong with it but has suddenly found their voices to crucify someone. Guys if you have any international case, hire Tsatu or Lithur, there could others but base on what I have seen they the best so far.
