Nana Addo cannot fix drums or. He cannot do any better than what Mahama is doing. The power crisis has long been coming, even as far back as Acheampong regime. He was the only one at the time that added to Akosombo by construction of the Kpong dam. Since then nothing of substance was done by successive govts. When the NPP was in power for 8 years they only added the Bui dam, which was a total waste of investment. At the time of construction it was very well established that the rainfall pattern had changed and so there was not going to be enough water in the dam to feed the hydro plant. Yet they went ahead and the result is there for all to see. The Sunon Asogli plant was not producing power until the NDC came to try and solve the gas supply problem. What Maham has done since coming to power is unprecedented in the history of power generation. Problems still exist but Maham is the best person to make it better. The ECG needs a major overhaul, and so is GRIDCO. The internal substations many of which have not been changed since Nkrumah built Akosombo dam need to be replaced else we will continue to have power cuts even if all the generation problems are solved.

From the time of independence up to date, no Ghanaian ever had the kind of chance Nana had in 2008. he had the incumbency on his side, he had all the money including money from his party and friends who hoped to benefit from his presidency but because of swollenheadedness,pride,arrogance,divisiveness,violence talks,tribal talks and whatnot he failed miserably. Some Ghanaians were even shocked to hear that at one stage, he rode in a presidential motorcade in Kumasi when he was not the president of Ghana yet. i mean how could he do that? when i heard this, the question i asked myself was, does this man believe in God? he cannot force Ghanaians to make him the president. it is GOD who makes and unmakes leaders, i wish he enlightens himself with the children of Jesse in the bible when God wanted one of them to be the King of Israel.Nobody thought about David the shepherd boy in the bush taking care of his sheep. He was the one God ordained as the King of Israel. Nana should stop intimidating and threatening the security of Ghana. Ghana will never burn because of his madness for the presidency. if violence should break in Ghana before,during and after the December 7 elections nobody, i say nobody will be blamed BUT HIM!
