Which image does Bawumiah have to be tarnished. He is a serial liar,forger of documents and a discredited running mate.The CID must seek to establish if he did not tamper with the Verification device in anyway. During the period that the EC officials took the machine to him is it not possible he could have the software cloned (copied), so it could be studied and design a counter software to be deployed on election day that could interfere with the operation of the machine. We know him to be a conman and a forger which makes this case very serious and therefore investigated thoroughly.
