You have another choice and that is to turn and walk back to the arms of those you have been fighting. Remember the humiliation of going back and begging to be accepted by those that rejected you! What you are saying about your intention to bring the party together and make it live by rule of law is frowned at and is funny to the people you are going to walk to. After all the insults and mistrust, why would you bow to them? That must be a very simple decision to make, but not very simple, right? Over to you Joe Lartey.

Naabu, acting in concert, with the now deceased Upper West NPP Party Chairman, who instigated all the troubles for Afoko and his erstwhile buddy, Kwabena Agyepong, the Party's suspended General Secretary? Did he not personally 'engineer' the ambush, which proved disastrous and costly for the late Upper East Regional Party boss,[Mahama]? A fomer Afoko protégé himself, that youngman and a political upstart, 'foolishly' discounted the fact that the Afoko Family actually 'owns' that political territory!
But are we not losing sight of the much bigger picture in all of this?
Why should a party Elder or Founder, of the stature of my Uncle, Appenten Appiah Menka, now realize that internal party cohesion is of utmost significance to any political organization? And is it not really bizarre for a 'victorious' Attorney to be terrified and worried about the Afoko side, launching an appeal in this case? Are there any fears of some 'skeletons' rearing their heads, in the course of the appeal?
I recall Sammy Crabbe streneously making the point that his decision to seek redress at the Courts, was to prevent a small cabal within his party[NPP], or any other political grouping for that matter, to oust any duly elected party executive[s], simply because a particular individual/leader feels he or she cannot work with those individuals!
In the case of Messrs Afoko and Agyepong, have the concerns they raised regarding financial impropriety and misuse of party funds, they raised, been addressed at all; and if not, why has this matter, having to do with honesty and transparency, become such a guarded secret?
Given all the venom and scorn that has been poured on Afoko, I would urge him to forget about appealing this ludicrous verdict; and instead, focus on helping his brother 'fight' the murder charge which hangs around the neck of entire Afoko family!

THERE IS A SERIOUS UNEMPLOYMENT PROBLEM IN GHANA UNDER NDC. GHANA WANTS A LEADER WHO WILL USE THE SCARCE RESOURCES TO CREATE INDUSTRIES THAT WILL EMPLOY MOST OF THE UNEMPLOYED UNIVERSITY GRADUATES IN THE COUNTRY.

If Abu Nagri and the npp knows very sure Afoko can not harm them then leave him alone and let's see what happens come December. Afoko will not apologise today or tomorrow and we shall see who suffers.
