It was claimed later by NPP government officials that the renovation was financed by a farmer named Mr. Marfo.

It is instructive to note that the same Mr. Marfo was flown abroad for medical treatment at the expense of the tax payer. How is it that a farmer who was rich enough to pay for the renovation of the residence of the President needed the tax payer's money to seek medical treatment or was it a case of one good turn deserves another.

Indeed Mahama and his NDC would be victorious for the first move that the NDC with the start of their campaign for the December elections, a party has become very nervous, jittery and lost their queen, as in Chess game,even long before the NDC warms up. The defeat is clearly written on their faces and is SEEN in their voices.The NDC appears to be well resourced and better strategised and with the development projects all around the country and very warm receptions given the President, it is utterly wrong to think the somebody other than Mahama and his NDC are winning.
