But is it not the very Supreme Court that proved their 'Uselessness' to John Mahama when they decided against the wish of Ghanaians, by declaring John Mahama "rightfully elected President" after the 2012 election petition?

Whether that SC-verdict was arrived at through grave incompetence, dishonesty, or corruption, the Supreme Court thus sold their soul to the Devil by that. And they have themselves to blame if NDC openly show their disgust and disrespect for our 'Corrupt Judges', without excluding the Supreme Court Judges.

One day soon, when Georgina will be enjoying that feeling: "Like a Virgin, touched for the very first time ....", let us all hope there will be a Court in Ghana to pass judgement on evildoers

We have been so welcoming to the point of the over-lord of the Kingdom creating seats in offices for tribal heads in his very palace Manhyia. Almost all tribes have places named for them or after their lineage. What else do people like you want from Asantes? If you were truely Hajia you wouldn't have opened your mouth. I bet you've never had an Asante friend because we don't discriminate. Tell me, we named Kumasi stadium Baba Yara, after a northerner who plied his trade in Kumasi and for Ghana. It has remained so till date. Accra Sports stadium was named Ohene Djan but was renamed Accra Sports stadium because they they claimed Ohene Djan was not Ga. It's all documented. Which of these two feels more superior than the others? You people should get over your complex and leave Asantes alone. Not everyone who speaks fluent twi is Asante. I couldn't ve agreed more with the former attorney general,but in all this the Ghana bar association must look into the conducts of the officers call lawyers,some of them ve thrown morality to the dogs,their actions and inaction has brought the some reasonable shame to the profession.Nana Ato Dazie a senior lawyer leading some young lawyers soon after the verdict hinted that they ll petition the president to invoke article 72 without looking at the option of appeal available to them,this tells you that he's all along a ways and means lawyer,this the same manipulations Mr Rawlings thought was useful in the past and allowed like him to lead him into making many mistakes.Nana Ato Dazie no doubt is a lazy lawyer,he hides behind politics to win cases just like the way he handle Betty Moulds case by destroying the NDC but they don't know and ll never know untill they lose power.As for the president the least said about him the better,he's a confuse man,he's a dead goat so he fears no knife,what has he to lose?bevause he knows he ll not win the elections anyway.This is the time well meaning Ghanaians who ve this country at heart to stand up and save this country from a lazy mind like John Mahama,he lacks courage and wisdom,above all he lacks morals including principles.Why was Omane Wadie invited by the police for allegedly threatening the president?the president ll surely regret this decision he has just taken.He also disregarded the advice his lawyer Tony Lithur gave him though his wife showed the way,the judiciary from now should know they stand no chance against the NDC regarding their safety,I support the judiciary to go on strike to demand the reversal of this pardon in other to affirm their position as the fourth arm of government otherwise nobody ll take them serious,just read the comments people make about them each time they reach a verdict,I'm not limiting this to the NDC alone but let start with them because they ve a checked history.

You are former attorney general, so please explain: how and in which country in the developed world can an accused party who insults and threat a party be brought to court where the aggrieved party is allowed to rule and sentence the culprits without a legal chance for appeal? Because that's the only reason I agree with President Mahama. It would have been more fair for the accused and Ghana to give them a chance to appeal but our justice system doesn't offer that chance.

It is funny how Ayikoi and others are crying that such a pardon serves as a bad precedence. Couldn't he and his Akyem Mafia cohorts find any such Presidential pardons by other and past Presidents of Ghana? Let them check the list of convicts pardoned by the Kufuor Administration of which both Ayikoi and Akufo-Addo were members and tell us otherwise.

Do these folks really think the Constitution should only work for them but no one else?

That is insane. If precedence is so important to Ayikoi, let him be mindful of the fact that his denouncing Mahama as not being a President for all Ghana sets a precedence that others could copy to undercut the legitimacy of Akufo-Addo's Presidency, should that ever happen at all.

The way Akufo-Addo and his surrogates behave in Ghana likens them to Donald Trump and his fellow bigots in the USA. So, I guess we should concede that we have our Donald Trump in Ghana in the person of Akufo-Addo, and we ought to treat him just as all decent folks would treat Donald Trump in the USA and deny both the Presidency.
