building infrastructure which is a core function of government. What you have disingenuously omitted is the inflated cost of these projects. The monies diverted to Dubai and other places from inflating the cost of these projects could have built a whole network of dual carriage roads in the whole country. The cost of extending the runway at the Kumasi and Tamale airports could have built a whole new international airport in Accra.
