They introduced the Free Maternal Healthcare, National Health Insurance Scheme, National Youth Employment Programme, School Feeding, Metro Mass Transit, Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty. They paid the teacher training allowances and the nurse training allowances, all from the GHC 20 billion. He latter brought more than to prove to his people that he didn't just go there to satisfy himself. At least the two polyclinics and two more health institutions are clear examples.

The Chief of Staff should tell his boss, that the NDC should be ashamed of itself for refusing to given an autonomous campus to the UDS that will allow access to higher education while they create new Universities to all other regions for fear of young politicians of the Northern region; sad that with all the veteran politicians of the Upper-West, they cannot get you to get a fair share of development.
