The EC would have come out with a statement to reinforce the legality of the requirements contained on the forms even before the forms were issued out.
Only the EC (and the NDC) know why they waited so long before the latest pronouncement on the assets. There is no smoke without fire. This is one of the tricks the 'independent' EC have on their sleeves to frustrate Ghanaians, but it will not work. Mahama must go, and Mahama will go come 7th December.
