Indeed, this recklessness of the NDC party with respect to the rigging of elections is what saw to the incarceration of the Montie 3, when responsible, peace-loving, and conscious Ghanaians sought the indulgence of the Supreme Court to compel the EC to clean a voters register that had been so bloated to the high heavens, by the General Sec of the NDC party, it mocked participatory democracy and the right to self-determination through the exercise of universal adult suffrage, and confined it firmly within the realms of incredulous clownery in this country.
This action as it has become clear to Ghanaians, was not in agreement with Mahama and the NDC party and gov't, since it went directly to the core of the election rigging machinations of Mahama and the NDC party.
We all heard the comments, actions and conduct of miscreants, thugs and social misfits sponsored by Mahama, the NDC party and gov't, in their unholy, depraved and crass attempt to stultify and cower the Justices of the Supreme Court to maintain the status quo of election rigging premised on a outrageously bloated register making credible elections an exercise in nonsense-ness.
So with this record, it defies any form of rational thinking when the NPP party which has been at the forefront and a champion par excellence for the conduct of free, fair, credible, clean and transparent elections, somehow, according to Ephson Ben - have no right to accuse the NDC whose only stock-in-trade to win elections on election day, is rigging.
What is curious though is why Ephson Ben seems not to be able to come out with his so-called polls of the NDC winning elections in this country this time around? Is it because perhaps, the rigging activities of the NDC and Mahama, who have demonstrated they cannot govern this country, has now become an onerous task to pull off, and so any false polls from Ephson Ben would not fit into the overall rigging machinery, since Ghanaians have vowed, they are voting against Mahama and the NDC, heavily, in this election?
Based on the track record of the NPP in pushing the envelope for credible, clean, fair, transparent and free elections since the coming into force of the 1992 Constitution and the 4th Republic, as opposed to the NDC party, which is outright stinking electoral rigging, the NPP has every right to accuse the NDC and Mahama of holding the irresponsible copyright of electoral rigging in this country. Let's be very clear, the NDC party and gov't led by Mahama hold that copyright of electoral rigging in this country and the record bears this out. That copyright however, in this election, would see snow falling in Hell than see it being implemented in this country.
