The Pay & Benefits team has written to this person requesting repayment or contact within 21 days – a copy of the letter is attached.
If no repayment or contact is made, if the debt is less than £500 arrangements will be made to write it off and your cost centre will bear the cost. For debts greater than £500 we will refer the case to Legal who will follow the full recovery process but any amount recovered will be offset by the recovery costs.
