Development should be spread to every part of a city. a town or a village, so if for example funds are allocated for the development of Tafo, it is the responsibility of those in charge to map the areas which need more development and channel more funds to those areas whether they are zongos or not.
I don't think there is any need for Zongo Development Fund. This is only a political ploy by the NPP to win votes from the Zongos.
