If the old cedis was kept and exchanged them for the new cedis, then, there will not be any money to be used by other individuals. Which means there would have been zero balance at the Bank Of Ghana liquid assets reserves. Foolish idiot

Looking at the behavior of the Judge, it is clear, he had taken the money and he quick to say, sit down and let your senior counsel speak.
