    The EC is incompetent. If the EC can't interprete this common law then the EC is incompetent and it credibility is tainted. The EC is a lawyer so why should she failed to interprete this simple law

    A decision by a Court does not vilify Respondents. It is as the E.C has stated another interpretation of the Law. Most judgements are partisan hence decisions could be 5:4.
