The EC Boss will soon be exposed for her fraudulent acts. Contrary to the norm, the EC Boss received nomination forms from NDUOM without giving the latter a copy. By the judgement of the High Court it means that the EC must hand-over all the four copies of Nduom to the PPP to make amendments and that is where the Nigerian turned Ghanaian will be exposed for her fraudulent disqualification of a full blooded Ghanaian like Nduon. The fact is that the reasons given by the EC to disqualify Dr Nduom were cooked and not based on facts. That is why she is trying to seek refuge at the Supreme Court.

The chairman of the ec is analogous to appeal court judge so if in their opinion there is a disagreement between the ec who knows its laws and regulation and a high court,then the onus should fall on the sc to bring about a finality.
The ec can not amend a criminality,they will be guilty of conniving crime and therefore abuse of that office.

Ghanaians have already decided, and nobody can change that verdict or the day that verdict will be announced.

It is now very obvious that this daughter of a bastard EC boss has something of the night about her. She is undoubtedly cooking up plans that will help the clueless Mahama retain power. I have heard her on TV saying she cannot influence election results because it is impossible for her to be at polling stations on election day to make any impact. But she thinks we are just dumb enough not to understand that some of the stupid decisions and declarations like disqualifying candidates on baseless grounds are some of the varied ways she can employ to aid her party NDC, to remain in power. Besides, as EC boss, she may have the veto to make some illegal decisions or pronouncements just like the one the Supreme Court recently ruled against, concerning making collating sheets (pink sheets) available to party representatives at various polling stations after they have been signed by the Returning Officer. Overseeing such irregularities are some of the tricks this devil woman wants to employ. She will be exposed.

This is the time that the various parties and the EC, to be direct, need to educate all on the need to refrain from activities that may force the EC to disallow their votes. How do we ensure that 1 ballot is given to a person and only 1 ballot is dropped in the box? No body should have access to extra ballot papers unless an EC personnel sneaks some out. If caught, stiffer penalties should be applied this time around and that will stop people from thinking about doing that next time.
