The AG for example have fought tooth and nail to defend the corrupt hierarchy of the Ghana Health Service including the Director General Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira.The DG obviously indulge in an extreme act of illegality bothering on criminality in his haste to persecute the doctor.What the AG and of course the government have done is to resort to propaganda and obvious fabrication to protect a public official and liability of judgement debt in a case bothering on gross abuse of the doctor's right to work and earn a living in his country of birth.The doctor was falsely implicated with a mental illness and dismissed on the bases of same since December 2012.Dr.Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira took the weired,bizarre and unusual action in dismissing the doctor in less than a month in office without the courtesy of an audience or listening ear in typical case of victimization in a public institution.The biggest threat to a country is when the ordinary citizenry cannot be guaranteed security in the context of rule of law and selective application of justice.Indeed there are so many other instances of corruption and illegalities bothering on gross abuse of the rights of workers.The AG often provide escape route to top public officials and government functionaries to the detriment of the ordinary Ghanaian who does not have power or political links. The GHS case is a good example of how the AG scheme to kill cases in the interest of corrupt public officials through oppression of the powerless ordinary citizenry often victims of abuse solely to avoid liability of judgement debt.This is what is creating the situation of widespread endemic corruption in public institutions the risingly liability to judgement debt when the oppressed and abused citizenry force for justice,something the AG by law should naturally enforce.To be frank the AG only act at the whims and caprices of central executive power and become more ruthless when ordinary citizenry demanding justice are unfortunately perceived as anti-government through a political lens.Hornestly speaking it is a shame to cover the GHS with history of lithany of corruption and illegalities who should have been thoroughly investigated rather than the AG running to court to defend such a corrupt organization against all odds.It is a huge indictment to the AG who refused to exercise due diligence in investigating the GHS under the circumstance in apparent fear of exposing the endemic corruption with impunity in that organization,when the aggrieved individual action to seek redress in court was necessitated by the AG lackadaisical ,adhoc and corrupt approach to the process of justice.
