In fact until Kwame Pepra's explanation. it appears all Ghanaians had been taken in by the NPP promise and no body questioned what administrative structures existed within the constituencies to receive 1 million dollars on behalf of the people there except party executives. This is food for thought for all, especially for Nana Addo and Bawumia. In whose accounts are these monies going to be put? Who would execute the projects? The NPP better come out with better particulars on this issue or the idea would be Dead On Arrival.(DOA)

2. NPP claim they can implement 1 district one industry and one constituency 1 million dollars for development and many Ghanaians love this idea. Mr Peperah is this simple policies difficult to implement? Or is it the passing of the so called legislature which is difficult to pass for its implementation. NPP is saying Accra will not implement policies for the people but the people in the constituencies will decide.
To me is easy to implement this simple policy. One loud able thing NDC have done which need recommendation but most people are not aware of is rural water project where bore holes are dug and water pump into tanks and supplied throw pipes to the villagers. If NDC can do this is it difficult to build a dam of such nature in various district as claim by NPP? It only deman the will and commitment. For NDC to say is not feasible is laughable. It is coming and it is real
