If you come to Buipe we hv two SHS and all of them are day schools, yet he is building a day school in a village within the same district called Mpaha where there road is very very poor. Meanwhile, the two SHS in the district capital ( which is Buipe) can't boast of abt 500 students each. So common sense should hv told him to upgrade at least one of the shd in the district rather than wasting money on that school where no one will even attend.
