People just talk all out of emotions without the benefit of their intellect. If the country is to move forward, it should not be based on an individual's promises but the collective decision of the people and can actually be done without creating ministers and jobs for the boys.
The consolidated fund is funded by the collective contribution of the people and the people must be consulted at all times. The times are long gone when Goverments justify their decisions based on campaign promise and those promises are then pushed down the throats of the rest of the people. I believe if NDC had consulted the people before embarking on developmental projects they would have know which of the projects the people would approve , which they would not approve and what really their needs are. Like I said the consolidated fund contribution , the loans and the rest are for the betterment of the people of Ghana and not for individuals campaign promises, don't let the people get angry with Nana for promises, after all if it's the President budget he intends to use, I believe the budget will be increased to cater for these ministries under the presidency, meaning a bigger Presidential budget in the Presidency than NDC's. Hear thy guardian angel speak for the same people who sung praises on Nana shall be the same to bring him down.
