  Mahama failed woefully because being incompetent himself he also chose to appoint incompetent team. More than 90% of his team were incompetent no wonder he lost the elections shamefully.

  Every minister appointed must work efficiently and produce the right results for the benefit of our Nation ; whether an MP is impressed or not does not matter to us.
  Appointees must roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty and do the work they are given to do. If they cannot deliver, they must say so and a better person shall replace them. This is what Ghanaians need.
