You will find out that the NPP all the Akan speaking regions and also annexed the Greater Accra region while the NDC managed with only the Volta and the three Northern regions. This speaks volumes of the Akans... people of a "state societies".... they know the art of ruling and when in power, things move on well with the micro indicators. They are the business guruss too and above all control the wealth.
The NDC is formed of the Ewes and Northerners who are "stateless societies" that do not have the art of centrlized power. They are highly "schooled" and form the hub of the elite but are they really 'educated"? When in power, my people suffer for inflation is high and the Cedi dramatically loses its value: from ¢2.75 to $1in 1983 to ¢30 to $1 in 1984 up to ¢7,000 to $1 in 2000 and finally from ¢1.12 in 2009 up to ¢4.23 to $1 in 2017.
I hope the Akans are now descerning and coming to the realisation that democracy is a game of numbers and are closing their ranks to a sensible unification. They are too divided.

Finger of God and ballot stuffing, transpositional errors and the like, were eliminated. So also were the usual border crossing elements, stopped by the Trumplike vigilance of the NPP Regional chairman and his compatriots. The EC hands were made feeble by the use of superior tactics employed by a vigilant opposition which have learnt a useful lesson from repeated cheating. I believe, from this time forward, elections will be won by merit and not by ways and means.
