We tried copying USA system but their States steong and still in place senate Govwrnors in Gjana no service delivery because MMCE and DCE appointed by President .Most institutions government owned heads fired no boards currently. USA has mostly private sector running most things so state running and you have steong states not a ubitary system like Ghana. We need to get system that works for the people. Vetting where majority stea. rolls throufh and most of questions irrelevant does not help.
