If any wrongdoing is uncovered those responsible should be tried in court and if found guilty they must serve time in prison. Who in Ghana doesn't know by now that these breed of politicians have an unbridled and insatiable appetite for corruption and greed?This is one of the reasons why for 8 years they refused to pass the RTI Bill into law because all their corruption will be known to the public.

Almost all Ghanaians are aware the NDC could not put things the way they expected of them and thus voted them out just like the NPP were voted out when Kufour failed leaving office with debt behind him.
What we expect is work the talking of multi promise and stop convincing people of what the NDC did, a situation that you Bawumia made it too much clearer by saying Mahama is incompetent and people believed and gave you and Akuffo Addo the mantle of authority to rule. So now are you campaigning again with the same accusations?
We have heard enough of accusations. Now just fix it that is why you were voted into power. Are you begging the public to have patience with excuses concerning the fulfilment of the promise given to Ghanaians? Ghanaians are difficult and therefore they are impatiently waiting for you especially after 6 months.

Name any civilized country in the year 2017, and I can guarantee that a "luxury" residence can be built, with marble and granite on the floors and kitchen counters, for less than US$500, 000 (Half a million US dollars). In such a house, one can find state of the art electronics, reliable cold and hot water supply and reliable electricity supply. The idea that ANY house built in Ghana, will carry a price tag of US$14 boggles the mind! In a place like Los Angeles, for instance, where one cam find house selling in the millions, such valuation is based in the underlying land and it's value. Land is in critically short supply in those markets. It is absolutely insane for a house in Accra to cost so much. The 2017 NDC is used to spent rift ways. I can imagine it's functionaries defending this price tag. Unbelievable!

How can Ghana pay 6 million dollars for this thing? What is even more annoying is the rear of the house backs directly or is in the direct line of sight of a road running perpendicularly to the house, posing a security hazard.
So if Amissah-Arthur had moved into such a building Mahama could have contracted an assassin to run an 18-wheeler through the house from the rear and nobody would have been the wiser for it.
It is no wonder Amissah-Arthur stopped payments for such a stealing act by Mahama and his surrogates.
What nobody has averted his or her mind to is how much the Cantonments Residence which Mahama has stolen together with the adjoining properties as offices and it's renovation cost the state.
If that cost together with this 14 million dollars is revealed, Ghana will be shocked at the kind of stinking depravity of looter Mahama.
Nobody in his right mind can defend such irresponsibility and Ghana demands action NOW!!!

It is a fact that civil servants are the technocrats in the ministries. They do the drawing and come out with how much a house to be constructed for the state will cost.
The same civil servants put out a tender notice to which those who are desirous to perform the contract put in their tender.
The tender is opened and the best bidder wins the contract.
The contract is taken to parliament which ratifies it.
So as a matter of fact state contracts above some value must go to tender as well as be ratified by parliament.
In that case parliament is well aware of all contracts of that category which are also ratified by it.
Thus those who seat in parliament to scrutinize those contracts have copies of the contracts and other issues that arose from them.
I was a civil servant from 1985 to 2000 and was well aware that the majority of the projects that NDC did those years were through tender. I was then a supporter of the opposition, but that did not prevent me from giving professional advice at all times.
Thus it is most unfortunate that both Nana Akufo-Addo and Dr. Mahmudu Bawumia always come out to peddle falsehood about those contracts.
They make those contracts look like a pile of cards because they are always hide what those contracts contain.
It is also on record that no other party raise the slogan of sole sourcing when it is a fact that from 2001 to 2009 Kufuor abrogated various contracts that were awarded through tendering and sat alone to award them to other contractors, seating alone with them to negotiate them, leading to various judgement debts.
We have been made aware that the NPP is abrogating even school feeding contracts that were put through tender and is going to give it to its members.
NPP must exist from that game of playing the saint, that whiles it bit Ghanaians like a tsetsefly it goes to complain to other insects that it has been bitten by a human being. t
