Under no circumstances should thieves in a govt bask in the comfort of thinking stealing state assets and it's retrieval will be an exercise in pampering.
The commonsense approach is to completely close that part of your brain that tells you to steal and cart state property away via stealing and thievery. That thinking, that idea that pops up in the brain of Mahama and the NDC thieves that urges them to steal and cart state property away as has been witnessed over the past 8 years will be completely obliterated in this country.
