I wonder why a country like Ghana with a record of having gained her independence barely 60 years ago still pay sitting allowances and other renumerations to her Parliamentarians in this 21st century in cash. Are we so primitive that our lawmaking-institution cannot remunerate her Parliamentarians through bank transfers? If payments were made by bank transfer, Mahama Ayariga, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa and Alhassan Suhuyini, claiming that the alleged money handed over to them was believed, at the first instance, to be sitting allowances couldn’t have never told this incredible story. I cannot imagine that the Parliamentarians receive their monthly Salaries in cash!! If this is the case then Ghana has a long way to go, after 60 years of independence!

My fellow citizens I don't have larger platform but I know some will hear me... Hon Mutaka has beguiled and bluffed his fellow NDC MPs whom are these bribery scandal had alleged to. The truth is one there was an element of bribe from The Minister designate Mr Agyarko directly to Hon. Mutaka himself who lobbied and cuddled up the man to settle his fellow MPs without the knowledge of Hon Osei Wusu. I mean without his knowledge.
Ayariga didn't know the full truth and therefore went ahead to...it pains me when I hear the minority trying to behave innocent. The issue is Agyarko has paid bribe and you have also received bribe excluding Hon Ayariga.
You will all be kick out...

If Boakye Agyarko truly paid this bribe then this government doesn't deserve to continue. Something must be done. If the allegation is untrue then the NDC does not deserve to be voted for again in Ghana.
