It is not my character to insult people base on their ethnicity or geographical location, but for your information no region is a liability to the state, every region has its strength and weakness, the black stars that won four cups for the state was not made up of only southerners, neither was the Ghana arm forces that went to Lebanon and Liberia and made Ghana proud made up of only southerners. Some members of the council of elders AA Bawa, Gundanaa and some constituency executives Abdul Nasri(youth Organizer) are the key elements behind all the problems in Tamale North and Sanarigu District. Because all this elements are the once pushing the PC Hajia Kulsumi for the DCE's post so they can manipulate her(PC) in taking decision that would only go in fever of them but not to the benefit of the entire Sanarigu District. They did that during the election and they are planning to do same if given the DCE's position. We the silent majority call on the leadership of NPP to be extra careful in deciding who the DCE of the Sanarigu District should be.
