  However, it gives the President an opportunity to try something new:
  Create a mega Ministry operated from within the Presidency, man by Alhaji Aboubakar Saddique Bonifface, but made up of other key ministries - Environment, Science, Technology, Innovation; Finance; Education; Health, Housing; Gender, Children, Social Protection & Local Govt.

  When are we going to mention the "kokoasefo" in our fight against poverty? They drink from the rivers with the animals, no clinics, no electricity, no schools, the few schools have no furniture and no equipments, etc.
  I think we have been very unfair to them more than those at the Zongos, that is not to say the Zongo people should be abandoned but they are better off than the "kokoasefo" that is why they are able to produced talents in all fields including sports.
