Well said, Nii. Taking state property for personal use is theft and therefore a criminal offence. The government has a duty to retrieve all those cars and others properties that have been stolen. Almost 60 years after independence, there is no serious accountability during government change-over in Ghana!! The previous government were just a bunch of 'Ali Babas' who didn't care about stealing the tax payers' money. They will be held to account if evidence emerges of their wrongdoing. And Ade Coker, Omane Boamah and others must be ready to answer for any misdeed.

The nation has parted ways with U, why wait for some one to knock your door before turning in state assets. Why do U think u deserve those expensive cars in a country where majority live on less than a dollar a day.
Compare the average child here to those abroad, U can see that ours have been abused and deprived, that child is what u used to be and that is why U can't distinguish between oranges and apples, but we want to change that. This gov must put the children and their mothers in center stage and push kings to museums(history) and greedy 'big men' and politicians to the side lines because they do not count, their days are numbered.

Instead of the statement that they are not afraid of the Task Force, one would have thought that he would rather have issued a strong warning to his Party officials who may still be holding on to state assets to return them forthwith as that would give credence to the looting attitude of some of his party people which some of them try hard to defend..
By his statement, I see that Ade Coker is daring the Task Force to do their worse and that they would continue to hold on to their loot.
To show them where power lies therefore, I suggest that anybody from whom any state property would be retrieved, should also be prosecuted in court as stealing is stealing no matter who perpetrates it. If that is done, it would send signals to future leaders and all and sundry that state property is not for loot anytime there is change of power.

Now if Rawlings, Kuffuor, Mills all did that will Ghana have places for our presidents and VP's to stay. Stop this stupidity and be sensible. The Thievery of NDC is just insane.
