He should be charged, prosecuted, and jailed if found guilty. Almost all Ghanaians like or tolerate corruption bcos while they talked about it, no single person will be thrown in jail for this level of embezzlement. Pathetic

This impression is shallow and below the belt. Or every political activist who is wealthy has to be rich because he must occupy a public position to be rich which amounts to corruption.
There are many means of being rich and weather one is a political activist or not can be rich through right personal initiatives, good investment approach and not stealing from government coffers or being corrupt.
It is unfortunate that in our country wealth through personal effort is linked to one form of corrupt practice or the other.

He is part of the gang of thieves who ganged up against Akan tribes people during AFRC/P-NDC era, shouting and chanting war songs and weird slogans: "let the blood flow, power to the people and "we no go sit down...." among others. Together with Okudzeto Ablakwa, Koku Anyidoho, Felix Ofosu Kwaakye and other NDC apparatchiks incited their foot soldiers to torment and harass everyone; every business owner, they perceived to be "enemies of the revolution" some of whom have vanished from the surface of the earth since 1979. The very same gang of thieves with fiery temper, have transmogrified as politicians, roaming our corridors of power.

Kofi Adams has turned a millionaire in a twinkle of an eye, showcasing his fleet of luxury cars; he recently bluffed that he doesn't need the fleet of vehicles that was retrieved from his residence anymore. What a bluff! He's now living an ostentatious life, the "Dubai" kind of living. He's become a Dubai-Accra trotter, flying at will to transact his business. An Adisadel School teacher turn wealthy in 8 years. Wonders, our elders say, will never end!

It is my hopes and prayer, as that of many well-meaning Ghanaians that the Akufo-Addo gov't would bring all corrupt gov't officials and ministers to the courts for justice to be done. All persons, irrespective of their political or social background, found to have embezzled state money should be punished, to serve as a deterrent to others. That's the only way forward!
