  We need to catch up with other people in the world. We cannot entice 'mallams' who do not have the qualification to teach. I believe a minimum qualification for a mallam in this fast changing technological environment should a first degree. If the fund is to destruct and destroy our kids future let these people be their instructors. I cry for our brothers.
