In deed Kufuor freed many criminals on trial for various offenses because they fwere NPP supporters. A typical example is Anthony Karbo, now MP for Lawra. Anthony (then UDS SCR President) was on trial at the Wa High Court in 2000 for embezzling SRC funds. As soon as NPP took over on 7 January 2001, Nana Addo as AG ordered the court Court to stop the trial and free Anthony. Now such a criminal is an MP, thanks to Kufuor.

No good hospital along the route. No good ambulance. Yet the highway is the country's busiest. Do you want a prominent politician to have an accident along the route before the situation is corrected. Akufo-Addo must address this issue urgently. Aside this there are no good surgeons at the emergencies of most hospitals 24/7.

There are reasons for a behaviour infront of camera and behind camera. This is the man who lined up Army Generals and innocent civilians and executed them by firing squad, accusing them for corruption etc. I hope one day he will confronted by family people of victims of his so-called revolution in 1979 and 1981. Kufuor should have admitted to his side of the same coin, too. Only the young and uninformed who doesn't know our Nation's history would believe these two could be buddies, or at least, like each other.
What is more likely the real nature of their relationship is that they both incurably hate one another but have to put up the glowing mutual fondness in Public to protect Ghana's image. In fact, their own respective reputations in the broader global sphere is also thus shielded. They each want to prove to the World that they are civil and democratic in Politics. In spite of J. J.'s Coup background, he would want the World to remember him as the Military Junta head that willfully re-introduced Civilian governance to Ghana in a setting that seems to promise the Nation a Coup-proof, enduring democracy.
Kufuor, on the other hand, would like the whole World to see him as representing the UP/NLM perceived and loudly touted legacy of always preferring a democracy that guarantees a peaceful transfer of power and guided by rule of law. He has quietly fought off any allegation of being motivated by tribalism to vengefully pursue the closest associates of J. J. after taking over the reins of governance, including J. J.'s wife through the Courts.

Their(the Rawlings)pseudo_friendship with president Addo and NPP is a very very serious mental condition that must be paid attention to by NDC. We must be our brother's keeper,for Rawlings and his wife need counseling because they are humans and not beyond counseling. I personally will continue to pray for them to know that they were not perfect in ruling Ghana but rational and logical cooperation have given them peace after their regimes and they(Rawlings and wife) must appreciate it and enjoy their family life and quite politics.
